Bianca has been in the industry for over 20 years, finding her love of Makeup and Brow Design, in a time when Brow Shaping was just an add on, or a Free Gift with a facial!

​

Believing this didn’t give the Brows the credit they deserved, Bianca dedicated her time to perfecting the Brow, scoping the globe and researching new techniques, working in and managing some of the country’s leading Brow Salons and Training Schools alongside well-known national and international Artists 

Bringing Brows to Hobart before brows were even a thing - in 2010 she returned to Tasmania opening her Boutique, which quickly became the leading Brow and Lash destination, with her books filling months in advance

Over the years she has employed and trained many emerging Brow Stylists - Whilst providing hands on training for her staff, Bianca quickly identified a need for Advanced Brow Training with the current beauty courses lacking to offer any specialised training in Brow Artistry, so The Brow & Lash Academy was born
